The Thin Gold Line represents an emergency telecommunicator, also known as a 911 dispatcher or a 911 call taker. With over 10 years as a police and fire dispatcher, our COO understands the importance of the telecommunicator's role in keeping us all safe. Although they are not always thought of when referring to first responders, their support to law enforcement, fire, and EMS is truly gold. 

Our Answering the Call Florida flag is more than just a decoration - it's a symbol of loyalty, strength, and resilience. Crafted from long-lasting solid pine, the vintage gold line and Bombay mahogany stained cross add depth and character to this piece. The color seal in the middle is covered with two-part epoxy.
